Married in the Mountains

I love mountain weddings! The crisp air, beautiful views, smell of the trees, and the mosaic of colors, all make getting married in the Utah mountains so magical. Over the summer I entertained a wedding at the Jordan Pines Campground nestled in Big Cottonwood Canyon. The couple had their ceremony at a large group picnic site, then moved up to a second picnic area that had been converted into separate spaces for dining and dancing. As seen in the photos above and below, it was truly an elegant space intelligently designed to make the most of the surroundings, making dinner and dancing that much more special. For this event I played a mix of American music ranging from current hits to the classics. As a wedding DJ in Utah I love to play in unique spaces like this, with the beautiful mountains as the backdrop.
